Nourish Counselling and Coaching is a multidiscplinary coaching service that specializes in eating disorder support.

Fun fact: Nourish is actually a branch of KC Counseling, LLC, a multidiscplinary eating disorder clinic based in Champaign, IL, USA.

Nourish is owned by Kate Cornell (she/her/hers), a trained psychotherapist (LCSW) and internationally certified eating disorder specialist and consultant (CEDS-S) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. She is also a professor at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in the Social Work Department.

Kate began KC Counseling, LLC: Eating Disorder Clinic in 2019, and opened Nourish Counselling and Coaching Limited in 2024.

As an eating disorder survivor and expert, she is dedicated to providing high quality care and support to those who are battling chronic and enduring eating disorders.

We offer a variety of support services, including recovery coaching, nutrition coaching, family support, meal support, and group meal support. We work with ages 12+
